As we all know from paradox games it is a bad idea changing doctrines as you lose 100 army experience and all the old benefits, unless you have a good chief of army then you only lose 90 army experience.
Can't wait for this to be be all undone and have no consequences later like war of the spark.
I would hope so, but I haven't really looked into it as much as water access rights as that affects me as a fisherman more.

I haven't fished the Bay I know there are plenty of shore fishing opportunities for striped bass when they migrate. I primarily fished smaller rivers for smallmouth. I have tried carp fishing a few times but they are surprising difficult to catch.
I greatly enjoy fishing, I picked up fly tying during the pandemic and it can be alot of fun experimenting with different materials and seeing how fish react to them. I also used to enjoy bike riding till I moved to a state with hostile infrastructure.
