I always just kinda blamed adhd and depression

idk how to be that person though, I can't really imagine a life where I'm out

You love to see it folks!

idk how to be that person though, I can't really imagine a life where I'm out

This is super normal because you have a whole "new" identity ahead of you, but what are the things about being out that confuse or worry you?

I’m physically very masc, both my face and my build, and idk how to package it in a way where I express myself but still feel comfortable in public. I’m hoping that since I’m NB I might be able to stealth it a bit and still feel like a person, but it’ll take some experimentation.

I feel you. I'm a Gender non-conforming guy. Before I discovered my gender identity, I was actually known for my beard. It was real weird for people once I started cutting it off.

My face, in particular, would cause me major dysphoria, especially after shaving. I felt like I really needed to femme it up to achieve gender euphoria and it just wasn't happening.

These days, I keep some very short facial hair, but I wear mostly women's clothing. If you would have told me that would happen years ago, I wouldn't have believed it, but after years of trying, I finally found a look that works for me, and everyone else likes it, too.

This is all to say that you have a long period of experimentation in front of you. You're probably gonna feel like shit now and then when a new gender expression doesn't work out the way you like. Try to keep in tune with what you actually like instead of what you think you're "supposed" to like. It'll save you a lot of stress. Eventually, you'll find and love it

        Wish you the best!
