for some reason whenever I shave the day after laser it feels less effective than usual, but then in a couple days it's usually better.

it's a real thing, the burnt hairs don't work well with a safety razor but after a few days exfoliating yanks them out very effectively

meow-hug hope you see more progress with it in the future. laser can be annoyingly hit and miss from session to session, and personally I've been kinda disappointed with its effectiveness overall. planning to look into electrolysis soon.

honestly, I think some of them have already started to fall off just from rubbing my face.
or maybe I am delusional, but right now it feels smoother than it did an hour ago.

Luckily it only lasts for about 2 weeks! I have really dark contrast, and it was always a bit brutal in the days after laser.

That's normal! I wish people had told me ahead of time.

Basically your hair is burned and you won't be able to shave it really well for a bit, usually for me some of it looks somehow darker/thicker in patchy ways and after 4-6 days it falls out and then it's all smooth. A lot of the hair is burned and the root is dead, and it has to grow a little bit to fall.
