Those are big business yes, but I'm doubting that a big box grocery chain, a meat processor/frozen food distributor, and a trucking company care that much to get publicly involved.
They could be worried that it'd set a precedent where the right to have gender-affirming surgery is constitutionally protected if it goes to courts.
