I feel like I should try more fruit but I feel like I tried it as a kid and was just like “nope” and never ate them again.
I just stick with apples, grapes, and raspberries.Your taste buds mature and change just like the rest of your body does as you get older. Fruit and veggies are one of the cheaper things you can try again, I'd highly recommend it.
I didn't like cucumbers or zucchini as a kid but now I think they're pretty good.
You can start with fruits you haven't tried in awhile that you know other people in your household or neighborhood like. That way it won't go to waste if you still find it icky.
Pineapples are the best. I drink pineapple juice every single day and buy pineapple in tins and plastic snack pots... an awful lot. I really like pineapple and I hate most fruit.
