Aw, I was happier assuming the block happened right away. The artist is really overextending themselves to justify the denial and try to get through to the creep. I always find it weirdly depressing to read that sort of exchange.
Oh he's 15 this all makes sense. Very relieved as a 15 year old might grow out of this but a 30 year old doing this will likely suck forever

Looking into it, apparently this originated as a 2d illustration that was race neutral (though containing the same broken English), then there was a reading which added the accent, and finally this animation that used Demoman as the model for the aspiring art commissioner
I just found the absurdity of the situation funny
