Milord has no choice but to take measures against the other peasants who have been possessed by woke transgender demons to steal from him 😔

Pretty sure this is debunked. Most protein powders are soy based.

The gymbro industry wouldn't let that anywhere their workouts if it lowered testosterone.

phyto-estrogen, which is processed by humans as normal-ole’ human estrogen, having a literal and physical feminising effect on males.

      You're such a fucking rube

Nonsense. If phytoestrogens worked the same way as human estrogen, don't you think there would be major physical differences between say, vegans and non-vegans? If consuming large amounts of phyto-estrogen could cause significant physical changes to your body, I think we would know by now.

Not to mention a lot of the worlds top weightlifters are Chinese atm and they’re eating more soy on average than their American counterparts.

Is this a bit? Because I’ve genuinely never seen one of you in the wild until right now and this isn’t the place I expected it.

From research I read, the phyto-estrogens have the opposite effect you’re saying. While they have a very similar structure to estrogen, they aren’t estrogen. So at most they trick the body into producing more testosterone. But phyto-estrogens, as plant hormones, obviously are not absorbed or used by our body….
