okay how come a couple can't take their only child (or three children) for dinner but one adult can take 4 kids to throw pizza at each other? this is like one of those SAT logic puzzles, i can't figure out any pattern

but case#7 has 2 fully vaxxed adults, and 3 kids being wrong., whereas case#5 has one fully vaxxed adult and 4 kids being Okay. so ether the removal of an unvaxed child, or the addition of a vaxxed adult made it go from okay to not okay

case #6 has an asterisk which the image cropped away, so we'll never know.

Who the hell could understand this? Why not just make it by households or something?

"yeah no, social workers, artists, sociologists, epidemiologists, etc. are useless positions, they deserve to starve" - a raving pissbaby

Edit: My bad, I posted cringe I think the rules are convoluted because there aren't more people like sociologists helping make policy

This is literally so obtuse and incomprehensible it kind of gives me Night Vale vibes.
Like "The city council announced a new law today. It's quite simple, just remember this easy and intuitive mnemonic device: Four adults and one child, the weather stays mild. Two adults and their kid...will wish they had hid."

I fully expect the next virus rules update to just be the words "ALL HAIL THE GLOW CLOUD" repeated over and over again in Times New Roman with no further information.

Could not design a graphic that's more effective at getting people to stop caring about COVID spread in public spaces.

Let me see… carry the 2… - okay we can all go out to dinner but only for 15 minutes and half of us have to hold our breath.

If this was the US sure I'd agree. Since this looks like Singapore (which has done pretty well so far), it's quite likely that most people will follow the rules.

What if they are in a situation not covered under the rules I wouldn't be able to extrapolate from this

“But the plans were on display…”

“On display? I eventually had to go down to the cellar to find them.”

          “That’s the display department.”

          “With a flashlight.”

“Ah, well, the lights had probably gone.”

          “So had the stairs.”

“But look, you found the notice, didn’t you?”

“Yes,” said Arthur, “yes I did. It was on display in the bottom of a locked filing cabinet stuck in a disused lavatory with a sign on the door saying ‘Beware of the Leopard.”

Single vaccinated adult and a whole bunch of vulnerable children: 👍

Numerous vaccinated adults plus one unvaccinated, literal definition of herd immunity: 👎

One partially vaccinated adult and one unvaccinated adult? Perfectly fine.

Add 3 fully vaccinated adults? We've got a problem.
