Small landlords have been ignored for too long.

You know what, I agree with this statement.

Landlords needs tenants. If they didn't have someone to leech on they would be out of business.

Renters, on the other hand, doesn't need landlords, they just need a place to live. A system of cooperatively owned housing would mean a great improvement for the working class who would no longer have to support the lavish lifestyle of a parasitic class of owners.

Yeah I have a friend who just moved into one in NYC. There was a stupid long interview and application process but they do exist.

the maoist uprising against the landlords was the largest and most comprehensive proletarian revolution in history, and led to almost totally-equal redistribution of land among the peasantry

I work two jobs and have a mortgage

I wonder who's paying that mortgage? Also "landlord" isn't a job, and neither is "cop"

My one rental property is nicer than my own house

If you choose to commit the moral crime of being a landlord and the only reward you got for betraying people in your shoes was a shitty old car, you should be ironically buried in it like a pharaoh.

If you choose to commit the moral crime of being a landlord and didn't even get an old car for it, you should be unironically buried next to the guy in an old car so that you can be one of the exotic pets that defends him in the afterlife.

Unless you're a volcano in the middle of the ocean, you're not providing land, you're just a parasite who blocks people from the shelter they need

Yes, I'm a landlord but I'm not very good at it and I'm driving a shitty car so I can't be evil.

"My other ride is a penis rocket" bumper sticker. If you mostly commute by private jet, helicopter, yacht, or just e-commute, who gives a shit what car you consider your "main car" for dipshit airplane seat-back magazine interview reasons.

If I had enough for an Investment property, I would simply not get into the home scalping business.
