I think it might but it's going to be delayed until closer to the election, maybe middle Oct? That way, trump can claim some shit like "democrats didn't want to give you this folks but I did so remember that come election time" or whatever and people will fall for it because we're all so close to financial ruin.
It's 50/50 at this point, like many have pointed out, Trump might need it for his reelection. But its also very clear the the elites have decided to reconfigure US society to resemble brazil.

- No more stimulus
- Reduced stimulus package passes with huge corporate shields, tax cuts, and no money for USPS.
i wonder how much people that got the stimulus and the expanded unemployment are gonna owe in taxes next year
