It doesn't change the nature of the penis, as it projects and does not accept(in real life fluid goes both ways) anything from the woman, so a man can produce as many white children as he wishes while fathering black children all the time. dog-breeding is not a science. the standardized rules of dog breeding were created in the medieval European period, and modern dog shows started in the victorian period as another way for the upper class and factory owners to waste money and show off above the lower classes.

you are missing the fact that rich people will drop hundreds on a purebreed dog that's just as good as the mutt at the pound. There's more money in dog pedigrees and high class breeding services than in actual science, and rich people couldn't have the most special possession of an animal that way, far outside the reach of the poors. mutts, and of course pure working dogs, are the true dogs of the working class. I'll take a border collie-german shepherd mix over the fanciest retriever any day of the week.
