I dipped in there after the sub ban and it was actually a thriving community entirely its own and had nothing to do with the podcast or the main sub. It was a place where I could still learn how to be less of an ignorant American dumbshit. MTC added to my reading list right up to the last day. I had already long since mistrusted the Reddit admins and their empty platitudes about "free speech," but that sub ban just cemented what I had already known.
