He gets someone’s attention at 16:55 and gestures for the kids to come get in the shot. He pulls her close to whisper in her ear so the mics don’t pick him up, asks how she is, and then I couldn’t understand the rest. Then it looks like he draws her attention to the document and she says “you want me to sign it?” and he says “no I’m gonna sign it”. By that point he’s already let go of her side and let her stand next to him. Her being that close to him lasts like two seconds. I dunno the interaction looks pretty benign unlike some of the other videos. Anyone know if she’s family? If he doesn’t know her or interact with her regularly that changes things. I would expect that motion, specifically the pulling close to whisper in an ear, to be close friends and family only.
