    "The rule of law" is such a meaningless lib catchphrase. It's basically the notion that all citizens are equal in the eyes of the law, which is what every state believes in theory (except Israel I guess lmao) but few if any accomplish in practice, especially not :amerikkka:.

    There's just no intellectualy honest way to argue East Germany was worse at "respecting the rule of law" than any capitalist country where police abuses go unpunished and rich people get away with crimes, which is all of them.
