Is this pairing called "Melron" or "Saukor"?
I read the entire books and I have no idea who either of those links are
I can see him choosing such an appearance for the elves, but toward humans I imagined him looking more like Gandalf or Saruman, as a wizened advisor, until he couldn't hide his true intentions any longer.
If this is after Melkor became Morgoth, then probably Mor-ron.
I'm sorry but Melkor is Sauron's boss, the power dynamic is all sorts of fucked up. I hear this is why Melkor was cancelled into the Void
Sauron was into it all along and he's trying to get Melkor his job back
okay but i’ve actually seen people call this “angbang” and that deserves to be known. (for those of us who aren’t Massive Nerds, Angband was morgoth’s fortress.)
