I have way too many in my feed, I swear every time I unsubscribe from one I haven’t listened to in a while, two more take its place.
To answer my own question, it would probably have to be RevLeft Radio for sheer educational and inspirational purposes. Top tier leftist podcast. I do like trillbillies for a little more levity with my depressing leftist content though.
Since we're on Chapo chat, it seems obvious I would choose Citations Needed, the official podcast of the site.
That’s another great one, see what I mean, we’re really spoiled for choice
I went through a really big phase of trueanon for about six months, but I listen a bit less regularly now. I feel like there’s only so much of the left wing (true) conspiracy stuff I can listen to before it melts my brain. It makes you feel so powerless to change anything. They do have a great rapport though, and I could listen to brace read the phone book, he is a funny dude. Their streams during the start of lockdown were awesome.
Haha, 100%, plus it’s good to have a lefty podcast out there that’s talking about sexual assault in a pretty empowering way, and giving a platform for the victims. Important service.
Mike Duncan is forced to put out Revolutions Episodes until I die.
Just when he thinks he’s run out of revolutions to cover, we hit him with that glorious global proletarian revolution :lenin-fancy:
I'm not convinced, given his continued radicalization, that he's gonna end the podcast.
Citations Needed probs
i too have like 17 podcasts i'm subscribed too. But hey, only like 15 of them are political!
I have more like 50 on my feed 😐 but probably only listen to about half that regularly. There’s just too much media to keep up with these days lol.
I've really been enjoying Five to Four where they go over every awful supreme court decision. Also, LOL at libs that think the supreme court is not gonna throw the election Trump's way.
It's not political at all but Where Should We Begin by psychologist Esther Perel is definitely the most useful and educational podcast I've listened to, so it's definitely the one I would keep.
Trillbillys, Behind the Bastards or Citations Needed for a politics pod
Deadlock Pro Wrestling for a non politics pod
the michael and us podcast is probably the only one that didn't make me want to quit listening to them after going through almost all of their catalog in a short period of time. i'm big into media/art criticism and there is a dearth of that on the left.
Political answer is Citations Needed or TrueAnon.
Real answer is Doughboys.
