      One of my favorite relatives was a chemical engineer from the 60's till the 90's and one time when the chemical worker's union striked the company tried hiring scabs, and they told him he needed to go down there and help train them. Not wanting to die in a horrible chemical fire he told upper management to go fuck themselves, no one in his department would go inside a chemical plant run by scabs he said, and he refused to answer the phone. They folded shortly thereafter.
