I feel like Fluke is kind of reactionary but yeah watching his videos about what white collar work made me realize it literally doesn't get better except pay wise
hell it might even get worse because managers in min wage jobs you can at least relate to sometimes

Normally they would try to hide this thing by keeping it under 50 people per 30 days (layoff reporting law) and slowly turn the whole company into a toxic pit so more people quit on their own.
If I've learned anything from the r/antiwork sub taking off, it's that you should never quit voluntarily because it's usually a strategy for them to avoid having to pay out unemployment to you, and that you can still pursue something called constructive discharge if they make intolerable changes to try to get you to quit rather than just firing
