Starts at 19s. Very incoherent, but the most likely meaning of what he is trying to say is a huge lie. The US alone invaded at least 15 countries since WW2.

        Plenty of American interests and puppet leaders abroad who could topple without direct US support.

        Look at what happened in Haiti just recently, for instance. Consider what happens in Yemen or Taiwan or Ethiopia if the US runs out of manpower to spread globally.
