It feels like every BLM protest just mobilized suburban voters to demand an expansion of police forces to keep it out of their own neighborhoods. The broadcasted imagery radicalized a lot of apolitical centrists to embrace fascism, much like the Syrian refugees did in Europe.
It also mobilized the people who are statistically less likely to vote because they know it's pointless to arm themselves.
