    I like to walk. Until recently, my job was like 3 miles away. I loved to walk to work in the morning, listen to podcasts or audiobooks, get off work poor a tall can in a big gulp cup and walk home listening to music. It was beautiful. It drove my friends and family nuts, to the point my dad tried to give me a car. "You can't live life without a car!!! what will people think of you!!!" I'm still here, motherfuckers.

      I used to have a situation like that set up. And then I gave it all up like a fool.

      i had a set up like that for about 4 years. it was incredible.

      It drove my friends and family nuts

      haha, i forgot about how people would call me out, like i was supposed to be embarrassed or that walking more than a mile or so is wildly eccentric.

    I like fancy soaps and colognes (soaps I hoard like a goblin, colognes I just buy the sample sizes)

    If I drink alcohol at all, it's gotta be White Claw or a nice smooth cocktail. Just something that goes down easy and tastes good.

    I always ask to pet every corgi I see around town (unless my princess is with me, then I play it cool so she doesnt get jealous)

    Sometimes I sit in silence for a lot longer than most people would be comfortable with. Think that's more an ND trait than me being basic though, I'll have phases where I just will NOT listen to ANYTHING

    Despite being a musician, I don't really like going to shows a ton anymore now that I'm over 30.

      Same, except my favorite liquor is also tequila which is apparently a weird combination. I just like how it blends and transitions into so many other flavors.

        Granted, I'm in my 30s so I might be disconnected from the youths, but I think you might have an exceptional friend group. Definitely most people I know still follow sports. Especially if it's NBA and NFL. I know there's been a dip in NFL ratings, but I think there's other reasons besides sports as a whole dying off, including the inability for traditional media to give up their grip on broadcast rights.
