    I don't like the Gracie family either. I think BJJ is plenty effective for grappling though. I think, when you're able to spar and compete at high intensity with a small chance of injury, you end up with sick ass martial arts. And grappling is just that - be it BJJ, Judo, wrestling, or Sambo

      I like bjj but butt scooching needs to be put on the back burner for white and two stripe blue belts but I guess that's just how it Is for schools who heavily compete at ibjjf tournaments.
