Hey uh, not to be that guy, but I can’t help but notice that 2 is not in fact 13.2% of 117, and I feel like even just this example should immediately tell everyone the way we do elections is just bad

Here's the official primary rules for 2024

Here's the one that goes over elections in more depth

Seems like at any point they can just unallocate delegates, and a majority of delegate positions are not voted for but just handed to party insiders and current/former elected Democrats.

Meaning of the 117 delegates, only 10 are elected by almost a million people and 107 are just given out to people who pick the incumbent.

This shit makes no sense, there are no actual rules here and it seems like the whole primary process is just up to the state party and at any point their election can be nullified by the DNC.

Not a great look to have 13% of your party's most faithful voters come out just to protest vote against you. Bro is going to get clobbered in the general election.

Yeah, the DNC are out of their minds if they think they've got the election in the bag. The primary voters are the diehard politics-lovers. There's probably 5x that many people who never vote in primaries just as disgusted with Biden

Liberals losing their minds, demanding the blood of the muslims who are refusing to vote for Joe Biden.

I really don't want Trump to be president again but when it happens it will be democrats' own fault again.
