Libs will learn the wrong lessons, thinking fetterman won the primary for asthetic reasons (looks and sounds like what they imagine some mythical average voters are).

I mean besides the aesthetic Fetterman's just your average progressiveish Democrat, like he's not lefter than Ed Markey.

He won because Lamb saw him and was like "Oh shit it's the descendant of Cain, risen up from the distant moors of Albion, come to devour me and crack my bones for the marrow.

Is it really so weird that a guy that previously won a statewide election (lite gov.) won another statewide election?

The fact that I have no idea who this man is means my attempts to pay less attention to the news and especially electoral politics has been at least somewhat successful

Lamb has conceded the race to Fetterman. In a statement, he said: “John’s vote in the Senate is essential to protect this democracy, and he will have my vote in November. I will do everything I can to help Democrats win.”

That superposed "Democrat face" is way too accurate for Lamb, it's almost uncanny.

Whereas the Giant Fetterman is aggressively mean-mugging the camera. Because he's from Pennsylvania. And people hate being from Pennsylvania.

As far as I can tell, Fetterman will be a decent slightly left of center lib, if he can beat the coming red antibiden wave. (As always, electoralism is a shell game run by the true masters of the nation.)

The newest politician to be idolized by the left. Hopefully he somewhat deserves it

Chased a Black man with a gun because he heard gunshots, wants to increase relations between US and Israel, and wants to "transition" from fracking instead of banning it outright

the incident where he left his child behind and chased the nearest unarmed black man because he heard a gunshot, then held the man at gunpoint and had the police minimize his participation and criminal act to me seems unforgivable, but somehow in every left space there are people who will bend over backwards to defend this guy

Yeah its usually disappointing going from poc spaces where racism isn't acceptable to majority white spaces :deeper-sadness:

Hope to see improvements the more people are educated and called out
