Got t-boned on my passenger side by some fucking SUV going over the speed limit. Got hit so hard that I did a 180 and the guy hit another car. I was alone, though, and there were plenty of witnesses who saw it go down
This was hours ago, I checked myself out in the ER, not broken or fractured bones, just a lotta contusions on one leg. Gonna feel that tomorrow.
I don't wanna think about how I could've possibly died if it was worse :cri:
SUVs should be double illegal. These are apocalypse wasteland cars marketed to suburban families.
SUVs only exist because American man need to feel like special manly snowflakes and driving a minivan makes them feel weak. If you need that much space, get a minivan.
And people say I'm strange when I tell them I want to smash every car with a sledge.
Hope you have a good recovery from this horrible experience, much sympathy :stalin-heart:
Another wish for a quick recovery! As I'm sure you know, that kind of event can really be psychologically, emotionally traumatic for a lot of people. I hope you have some good comrades to talk to in person (or online too) about it if you feel even a slight desire to do so. Everyone is different of course and maybe you don't want to dwell on it and that's fine. But expressing what you said... not wanting to think about how you could have died, that might be the kind of thing to work through a bit discussing with someone you trust if not an actual counselor. Trauma can be a mf to work through. Just a thought.
Whatever the case, I'm glad you made it out (mostly) ok. Scary shit indeed. :heart-sickle:
Jesus, Maurice. I'm glad to hear that you're okay.
Please give us an update when you can :scared:
Jesus Christ dude, I'm glad to year you're okay. I hope everything else goes a whole lot smoothly tonight so you can get home and get some rest.
:meow-hug: that's terrifying comrade, hope you're physical injures heal up okay and that you're able to talk to someone about this to alleviate some of the trauma.
:meow-hug: glad it wasn't too serious hope you feel better soon
