"A dozen current and former senior US officials insisted the president “remained intellectually engaged” throughout his presidency as he was asking “smart questions at meetings,” grilling his aides on various points of discussion and rewriting his speeches “right up until the last minute,” NYT chief White House correspondent Peter Baker wrote.

Yet, officials have also admitted that they were “quietly” watching out for him in case of possible issues. The list of potential incidents of concern included the president possibly tripping on a wire or stumbling over words during public speeches."

Biden’s administration also admitted they try to “guard” his weekends in Delaware “as much as possible,” adding that he is mostly a “five- or five-and-a-half-day-a-week president,” even though he can be called “at any hour” if the need arises."

He's a fucking cabbage. People got wise to the signs after Reagan's drooling and eye-rolling.

I mean, sanders trump and Biden all have cognitive decline to some degree. It is natural. You can see it evolve in different ways for each of them. Feel like dementia is a stretch unless it’s very slow progressing.

That said, I still think there is some chance the Biden body double theory may be true lol

Looks like the Dem establishment is trying to offload all of their problems onto Biden in case things get even worse?

The thing is that Biden's age doesn't matter, any mainstream Dem would be behaving exactly the same.

    [edit] This is hilarious;

The age splits on "why someone other than Biden?" are huge; it's the most important concern for 65+ year olds by a wide margin, barely a concern for 18-29 year olds, and only a secondary concern for everyone else.

His appearances seem very controlled, so it'll be interesting to see what they do if people try to primary him

For me, it's like how Buttigeig took so much time off for pat leave for his kids. Yes, I want people to get paid time off when they have a kid or have restful weekends but it seems these kinds of things are reserved only for the elitest elite even in times of crisis when these same people are nominally "in charge" - meanwhile we got plenty people looking for weekend work because their regular 40 hour a week job isn't covering rent and groceries anymore and going back to work the day after delivery as a cashier.

I feel like we can use something better than an RT article that cites "officials" to dunk on Biden

NYT: Most Democrats Don’t Want Biden in 2024, New Poll Shows

President Biden is facing an alarming level of doubt from inside his own party, with 64 percent of Democratic voters saying they would prefer a new standard-bearer in the 2024 presidential campaign, according to a New York Times/Siena College poll, as voters nationwide have soured on his leadership, giving him a meager 33 percent job-approval rating.

      . . .

Only 13 percent of American voters said the nation was on the right track — the lowest point in Times polling since the depths of the financial crisis more than a decade ago.

      . . .

The backlash against Mr. Biden and desire to move in a new direction were particularly acute among younger voters. In the survey, 94 percent of Democrats under the age of 30 said they would prefer a different presidential nominee.

Ya it's not hard to find, no need to scrape the barrel is all I'm saying (although there's occasionally stuff from RT that's worth posting I'll say)

He's off at the weekend because it takes two days to replace his blood and to fill his skull with monkey glands to prevent his cognitive functions from degrading even further.
