Nah, you'll be fine as long as you aren't over-sensitive to caffeine or on heart medication or something:
- Baja Blast has about 54 mg of caffeine per 12 ounce can, putting it at 225 mg of caffeine if you filled the entire tumbler with it.
- Dew Zero is 69 mg per 12 ounces, which would be about 287.5 mg for this thing.
As for regular coffee/energy drink serving sizes:
- A single 16 ounce Monster Java is around 200 mg, and an Absolute Zero is in the neighborhood of 140 mg.
- A cup of strong coffee is between 250 and 350, and Death Wish claims to be 666 mg.

So much big cup in these comments. Me lovey a big cup so that I only need to fill twice a day to be hydrated. Needs to have less sugary contents than in the pic though
I can only speak for myself but I am not a big cup hater. I just think it's funny.
Also - I like big cups although not to that level. Right now I'm drinking coffee from a metal pint glass. I don't ever want to be within arms length of such a cup because it's my nature to drink more even if the cup is too big to do that or in that case way too big. I could suffer from water toxicity.
Don’t get me wrong, that pic is hilarious. I’m often dehydrated because I’m too lazy to refill my cup so big cups are a nice solution
