Before mixing: One can tuna w/tuna water. One heaping table spoon store brand relish. One heaping tablespoon spicy mustard. ~1/2 cup Fiber One. Eat promptly. <<$2.
If we all ate this for lunch we'd save $$$ and smack inflation to boot. Original recipe used Honey Bunches but almost anything crunchy will do. I suspect crushed potato chips might be best.
could we not eat rice and beans instead
i eat rice all the time bc it's cheap and you can make it without paying much attention to it (with a rice cooker)
sometimes i put an egg or something on it and then act like im a person who knows how to take care of themselves and eat proper food :comfy-cool:
✅ 20 lbs bag of rice
✅ 5 lbs of chicken thighs for $9 from Food 4 Less
yeah ive got food for a week
✅ Rice ✅ Beans ✅ Seasonings ✅ Impossible or Beyond veggie ground if I'm being bougie
I buy the 20lb bags and am set for a yearish
I buy the rice in 5kg bags from middle eastern stores, it is a little bit cheaper than the stuff from the supermarket but it is of incredibly higher quality.
Idk what is wrong with white people grocery stores and rice. It comes in tiny 1lb bags and it's always some weird non-variety.
yeah but that would require cooking instead of throwing together things out of a can
