Before mixing: One can tuna w/tuna water. One heaping table spoon store brand relish. One heaping tablespoon spicy mustard. ~1/2 cup Fiber One. Eat promptly. <<$2.
If we all ate this for lunch we'd save $$$ and smack inflation to boot. Original recipe used Honey Bunches but almost anything crunchy will do. I suspect crushed potato chips might be best.
do these people just honestly not eat vegetables. Every fucking time, without fail, any of these rich morons posts a survivors meal on the "cheap" it includes literally no vegetables
"Relish" traditionally not made from vegetables.
Vegetables tend to lose their nutritional value once boiled forever and mixed with shitloads of sugar, you know?
This probably contains enough Vitamin C to stop you from getting literal scurvy and not much else
Not as much is lost as people tend to think though.
Don't let me stop you from getting your vitamins via 2 spoons of relish
Canned american relish hardly counts as a serving of vegetables.
