There was a time earlier in my transition where I had trouble with this. I think gaining confidence in myself and spending more time around queer people really solidified the thought that these words are ours. They my be weaponized by others, but taking them as our own is pretty based
I'm comfortable with every variant of r/tgcj t slur reclamation. If someone says they aren't, I'd just respect that what they're comfortable with.
Maybe I need to get out more lol, I love talking to fellow queer people online but irl I barely go outside It is something I'd like to work at, get a bit more comfy with, cause I do love the whole ethos of reclaiming slurs, making words ours. Very based!
