:meow-fiesta: slop :meow-fiesta:
i hope they show even more mandalorian factions
and here is the trailer for the Andor show with Diego Luna, its a rouge one prequel that will be about the early rebel alliance
this is the one for the Tales of the Jedi one which is a clone wars like animated mini series where the first half is about Dooku and the other about Ahsoka
I'm so tired of this fucking soulless nostalgia bait franchises and I won't...oh shit is he flying in a Naboo fighter now? That might be cool.
Watch episode of book of boba Fett called return of the mandalorian. The rest of that show is lame.
I really don't want to watch another show to understand what's happening in this show. That's cheating on the part of disney. I saw one episode of that Boba Fett show and thought it sucked ass.
Don't know if I'd say lame, but definitely mid. If you care about the property a lot it's fine, but some decisions are definitely silly vs. being as cool as they wanted.
fun fact: Dooku sounds like "dou o cu", which is literally "I give my ass", meaning "I get fucked in the ass" in Brazilian Portuguese
edit: if I recall correctly, in Brazil his name was localized to Dookan instead
another great name was Captain Panaka from Episode One, which also in Brazilian Portuguese means Captain Dumbass ("panaca")
:the-more-you-know:
the most iconic scene from stars trek, where luke picard says "i think there's going to be a star war"
oh wait is that chud lady back now?
if so her politics suck but her muscle situation is :chefs-kiss:
nah, disney said they wont hire again gina carano, she appeared in a hunter biden movie
ah maybe it's another actor playing the same role? i guess we'll see
nah, that's another character
(unfortunately i pirate and consume this slop)
It'd be cool if Disney consolidated their live action Star Wars budget on Mando, but I guess they're just going to keep on shitting out various projects
I think the budget Mandalorian has should be kept low. I am certain that lower budgets help keep teams away from creating spectacle and more focused on smaller more interesting stories between small groups of people that work within the lower budgets. I don't want huge space battles and armies. I want a Star Wars DnD party.
was the obi wan show worth watching, I didn't watch it because I hate needless prequels where I already know what happens to people
I thought the only good thing about it is the ending/last episode. The first 5 episodes or so are pretty mediocre at best imho. I wouldnt recommend it unless you are a huge star wars fan. Mando was better.
how do you feel about the last scene of the last episode?
because i burst out laughing when the force ghost showed up, it was, uh, something else
Depends. If you already have access to Disney+ and how much you value your time not watching TV. It's definitely not worthless. It does build out Obi Wan as a character more. And there's a Darth Vader light saber battle.
It was alright. Decent slop. Nothing to write home about, but modestly entertaining if you're interested in the broader story arc or the setting.
