I don't really have a joke, I'm just reminded of the story about how, when she was on her deathbed, a couple weeks before she passed, she had visions of the tortures in Hell that she was to receive to cleanse her soul. They gave her ungodly amounts of sedatives to ease her thoughts, but still she screamed incoherently. It got worse and worse every day. The doctor said he could not understand how her heart rate could stay above 200 bpm for 3 days straight. Then, suddenly, for just a moment she caught her breath, quieted and called for her butler to come near. She said, in her Iron Lady manner "I'm glad Reagan is dead.", and then passed on to what I can only imagine would be Hell.
