  • He had 10 days of hiccups. July 14, 2021 He was cured after doctors removed a kilo of feces through his nose.

  • He had stomach pain which turned out to be an intestinal blockage from swallowing an unidentified number of whole shrimps. January 5, 2022

  • He has a skin disease that doesn't allow him to wear pants. November 19, 2022

Also he has had repeated covid infections. Four? The most recent one was September 22, 2021?

    Stuff like this makes me wonder why I even bother looking after my health. You get people who eat nothing but sugar and carbs, sitting in a chair all day living to be 100. Meanwhile I do more to protect my health than literally anybody I know through diet, exercise, and lifestyle and then I'll randomly destroy my knee walking down the stairs. I fucking hate it.

      A significant amount of "good health" is determined by factors outside your control - the political-economy and your place in it, genetics, the lived environment, what is allowed in your food, etc. What you do control is the stuff you're doing and it still has a big impact, keep up the healthy habits and don't fret over having to take things a little easy after an injury.
