Honestly I just got a pair and basically, if you plan out your outfits right it's really not that bad. I wear baggy jeans most of the time, only need tucking underwear when I'm wearing a dress (almost never)
Otoh, tucking is comfy imo, so doesn't matter that I'm boy moding and have no functional reason to use them (and doctors would probably recommend against doing so). So my laundry schedule has largely been controlled by being limited by them.
My balls are too big to tuck comfortably yet so yeah I can't really do it. It's very uncomfortable for me. The tucking underwear smooths things out enough for me to get by but I just don't tuck
