No they aren't, you're geriatric and should just retire. Not like you can't live your last couple years of your life comfortably with the millions AIPAC gave you.

Idk if this is the right community, whatever, enjoy Biden talking about 6 years old outside the island.

Going to be real embarrassing in 7 months when you lose an election to a six year old then

Omg wow he totally destroyed Trump. Now Democracy has been restored, the genocide in Palestine is over, Roe has been re-instated, student loans have been forgiven, wages have caught back up with inflation, all because Trump was so destroyed by this one comment. Great job Dark Brandon!

Biden is going to get to speak to the manager about all this any minute now, and then things will get really dark!

I know, it's that Trump voters will just point out that Trump is factually younger than Biden and that will be it. There are millions of ways to connect with Trump voters (nearly all are just improving/acknowledging their material realities) but American politics is the functional equivalent of frat bros arguing with each other on who gets to be top dog for the week.

I'm just wondering about the people they have to write this shit.

Because Biden is “first as tragedy second as farce” Ronald Regan, this is him attempting to reinvent Regan’s famous debate quip about not holding his opponent’s youth against him.

I know this is always the case but this time it was blatantly obvious that Biden was reading off a script written by someone else. His cadence and emphasis suggested he barely grasped the meaning of what he was reading

Did anyone who was planning on going to this not do so? Or are all rich media people ghouls?

I'm picturing some aide popping off his skull and running a whetstone over his brain.

This illustrates what being a lib is like. I've spent some time withy parents and have the TV on in the background and it's just this shit on the news. How Biden is doing his best at the job and how Trump is just this insane bully with all these legal problems. I can't help but think that I'm on a completely separate plane of existence for things that I find important. Like if I care more about healthcare costs than hush money I'd be laughed out of the room into the >moderates room where I'd be crucified for thinking about the wretched cops in the campus protests. It sucks and it sucks that it's a default mode of Americans and it makes me wonder about the shit that gets written in history books because this strain on brain worms was once unimpeded and a reaction to even more horrible monarchy

For some people, "growing up" means learning to kiss ass and uncritically supporting their national interests.
