The agency is called "Explore Talent". I had a twitter thread about it bookmarked but the account is now banned. There's a ton of information out there about how Candace Owens, Lauren Boebert and MTG were all failed actors who were part of explore talent.

Traditionally, in American politics, whenever leadership allowed members to dehumanize the other political party or other American citizens, it ends in political violence against a broad array of targets and individuals. So buckle up buckaroos.
McCarthy is negotiating with GOP members who who want to take away the right for women to vote and build a Berlin Wall with machine gun nests towards Mexico. Anyone who speaks up and calls these members crazy finds they turn on anyone who questions or criticizes them. Soon they will attack each other for those who aren't sufficiently violent - especially if another Jan 6th-type event occurs. Gossar or someone like him will call for murder - like he did for AOC through his weird cartoon about murdering her - and the GOP may very whig out and split into two+ parties. I don't think liberals or the left even cares about Trump anymore, but some lunatic on the right may very well try to make a martyr out of him or other GOP leadership. See how many times fellow fascists tried to off each other or did during WWII.
Best case scenario: Right-wing does some navel gazing after turning violent on eachother and loses control in most of the country in 2024. Worse case scenario: The country destabilizes and local GOP try to asset minoritarian control through violent repressive means before 2024.
The Southern states once crossed state lines in the Union and kidnapped former slaves, but this time it will be pregnant women. Only a matter of time before an overly-gerrymandered Red State governor elected by the slimmest margin through heavy voter suppression tries it. If Texas kidnaps a Californian and SCOTUS says it is OK, what happens?
An aside about these sorts of people: Throwing out folks who dehumanize in any political group is a good thing, as it maintains group integrity. Folks who talk about torturing and murdering people in gruesome ways randomly in conversation are not good people to hang out with. Most professional soldiers who actually kill people don't talk like sociopaths, sociopaths do. That isn't to say there are not legitimate reasons to call for political violence. Especially if under minoritarian rule. But there is a big, big difference in Lenin's call for "What must be Done", and some of the absolute nutcases who have used their political ideologies to slaughter children, used child soldiers to slaughter other child soldiers, and whatever is worse than that.
TLDR: Fuck sociopaths, kick them out of your circles or all of society can destabilize if you help them gain power.
