it has more to do with Asian household with higher income, but what the datas don't tell you is most Asian household are intergenerational which has multiple income makers.
The Asian categorie is also too vague so you just end up putting people with multiple backgrounds together. They found out that there were huge income disparity where Taiwanese and Indian households are wealthier (probably due to them being involve in higher social strata from their country of origin in the case of the caste system in india for example) and the Hmong community are shown to be poorer compared to other poorer minority communities like the Afro-American and the Hispanic communities.
