Cutting spiro every week was the worst part of my transition, easily. I'm extremely happy that I don't have to anymore cause it was that horribly inconvenient. Those pills are big and don't want to cut.
Real, I tried taking uncut spiro the first day of HRT and it stuck in my throat, I vomited lol. Ended up leaning on the top of the knife to split those big badboys.
Honestly spiro is terrible in form factor terms generally.
It seriously is. Those pills are far too large and I despised them. Especially my mornings
For example, I took 300mg daily. 150 in the morning, 150 in the evening. So 1.5 pills each time. My morning pills were those coupled with a multivitamin, calcium supplement, and a vitamin C supplement. It's like swallowing a baseball and it sucked.
I have a little espresso cup, with like a few dozen pre-cut ones in it(each1/4). So every morning I just fish one out of there. I like the aesthetics more than blisters. I also just carve them a bit, and break them by hand. No need to cut. (but it's not spiro)

Also the mint-n-catpiss combo!! Worst pills this side of a multivitamin!!
Oof that's like several baseballs, yeah that blows :/ When will someone make small, non-awful spiro tabs?
