Silicon Valley parasites shape the world over the course of decades in order to force people to use their products

Silicon Valley parasite bootlickers when you use the product :surprised-pika:

Hey Tom, who financed the R&D of the critical technologies for all of that? Oh, the taxpayers.

Still boggles my mind that the US will do the risky, long term R&D and then just hand the tech off to private interests. What a grift.

Wait if we all use Iphones, and Iphones are made in China, does that mean that people shouldn't "criticize" China?

Like 75% of the world's semiconductors come from China and Taiwan (also China). My Intel chip is from Vietnam.

Yes, that was a thing in 2020.

Famous start ups Apple, Twitter, Facebook/Meta, Marvell, Microsoft, Google/Alphabet, and Salesforce. I'm sure all of these companies were deeply affected by SVB's collapse.

The thing is not only :improve-society: :very-intelligent: meme but also the fact, if it wasn't obvious, you could argue this from every point in history for the past 1 million years.

Imagine the caveman arguing they can't change their ways because they are using the stone tools made by the other naked monkey outside.

Literally you don't need to be a socialist, heck I'd argue you probably don't even need to be particularly more to the left than an ordinary lib to see this basic logic.

PREDICTION: There's a mass extinction event coming for early & mid-stage companies. Late '23 & '24 will make the '08 financial crisis look quaint for startups. Below I explain when, why & how it will start & offer detailed advice to founders on surviving the looming die-off. /1

Always keep in the back of your mind that this type of person has no conceptualization of how to grow or prepare food and cannot even begin to fathom the industrial process by which the shit tier minimalist loveseat they’re typing this from came to be
