it's good.
minimum character count so that my emoji shows up. then i couldn't find a good emoji. oh well.
it's a two hour long roast of...
:soypoint-1: CELEBRITY CHEFFSSS??? GORDY RAMSESSSS!!!!! :soypoint-2:
... framed like Glass Onion, but actually as smart as Glass Onion pretends that it is.
It's a better sequel to Knives Out than the actual sequel to Knives Out (which I did enjoy, but prioritized goofiness over the point)
I enjoyed it, fun lil movie.
Mike from RLM noted that it has similar notes to Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (the portions acutally at the factory), and I enjoyed comparing them as I watched.
it was good but it wasn't as good as I was hoping it would be
I still need to watch Triangle of Sadness and The Square
Turist/Force Majeure also worth it if you dig either of those :D
Will Ferrell but yeah. Frustrating that the tone went from a typical Östlund "movie about people trying to save face" to the American "dads are goofus assholes"
I liked it. It was also short and to the point, no filler or anything, just the plot moving forward for an hour and three quarters.
:whywhywhywhywhy::alex-oopsie::billionaire-tears::guaido-despair: :shhh: 👼
I liked how it set up that class warfare trope, and then made all the guests except Tyler essentially decent people. Even the finance bros. They're stealing, but they're stealing from their job, which is all made up money anyway.

is that how that works in post bodies???
