There is nothing that this company can possibly be working on that can't be done just as if not more efficiently from home.
Going fully remote made our company more efficient and reduced turnover because people were generally happier. Of course that had to end. C-suites are so obsessed with controlling workers that they actively undermine their own goals to do it, actually insane.
But but but the CEOs have been saying that literally every statistic in literally every company got worse because all workers were just doing their dishes and napping instead of working!!! :shocked-pikachu: Could they have been lying?
They're doing it to save their commercial real estate investments AFAIK
It's almost as if when people don't have to structure most of their day around pretending to work, they actually get more work done. Wild, crazy stuff.
In fact it would probably be better for the world if the company didn't exist at all. Digital marketing is cancer.
I would go further there is nothing this company does that could simply not be done at no inconvenience to anyone

Not to get too out in the weeds on this one, but...
Isn't this one of those marketing companies that sets up other fake marketing companies that write fake blogs to sell to other marketing companies to sell to brands to sell their bullshit? There is some level of employment in this organization that needs a re-education camp, at a minimum. Probably most of them. Should I feel solidarity with the marketers who are marketing fake blogs to fake marketers selling them to real marketers that sell them to brands?
Capitalism is a real motherfucker. Forcing us into ambiguous wage slavery muddies the waters, and pits worker vs. worker. My hatred for them expands.
