so to translate first there's CBBE (Caliante's Beautiful Bodies Enhanced) which is a body replacer for Skyrim, it comes with a bodyslides tool that you can use to edit the body and all armour meshes.
then there's 3BA((3BBB)3Breast Bone Body))which is an physics addon on top of CBBE which adds physics to the boobies, the thighs, the ass, the vagina and the belly.
So this guy took the base CBBE 3BA body and added a detailed butthole from the UBE body with physics on top of it.
And yeah, there's also versions that do this to the male body too, the most popular one I think is Highly Improved Male Body Overhaul (HIMBO) which works seamlessly with the bodyslides tool from CBBE. (also yeah it can add boob, ass and belly physics on the body too)

I feel really confident in saying that the best way to do problem solving is drawing pictures. I know I had physics professors through high school and college beg us to do it. Math teachers want you to show your work. I have to imagine coding works that way as I would sometimes draw to help visualize what was happening with VBA. Comparing how well you use your mind's eye to problem solve would be like seeing whose handwriting is more legible when you use your feet - impractical.
