"DANGEROUS ALLIANCE OF MENSHEVIKS PLOT TO OVERTHROW AMERICA"

But through the word "Bolshevik", Lenin frightens reactionaries from beyond the grave.

Looks like the Mensheviks were losers and suckers!

It’s funny actually, the CHUDs and libs rarely even mention Lenin when they’re doing red baiting. It’s always Mao this and Stalin that. Maybe even a bit of “hItLeR wAs A sOcIaLiSt”. You’d think leading the first successful proletarian revolution would get you some credit.

Much less time has been dedicated to making him a boogeyman compared to mao and Stalin. I don’t have a reason but I’m sure there is one.

recalling my early youth indoctrination thanks to reading animal farm and other stuff i always thought the general lib consensus was lenin was trying to do good and died and replaced by an "evil" person.

Yeah, Lenin is usually framed in Western education as a misguided but well-intentioned "great history man", who was succeeded by a guy who did bad big gubbermint shit.

I knew a dipshit who was well on his way down the libertarian to fascist pipeline who said on multiple occasions that Lenin killed 20 million people.

I've had people tell me MARX killed 20 million people. They didn't mean indirectly through his ideas either, they thought he was a dictator somewhere.

The word Menshevik looks and sounds too much like mensch to me so every time I hear it I just picture manly Jewish guys.

Sissy Julius Martov of the failing Provisional Government and eater at bad food restaurants has a problem—his Menshevik party is no longer "hot"

I don't know that it is. They had to change their bogeyman theory from cultural bolshevism to cultural Marxism and even the word marxism seems to be losing it's grip as they often decry "liberal professors" and so on.

To be fair, the mensheviks still have to pay rent in my head if they want consideration.
