Petition to ban haz-posting the same way we ban vaush-posting.

It's just gibberish, it's like making fun of Trump in 2019. The lowest hanging fruit possible. Nobody takes him seriously, it's not even entertaining anymore. Tomorrow he's gonna tweet or retweet some shit like "actually Reagan was a better communist than Lenin" or "Richard Spencer is a true working class hero" and it's gonna get posted on here and we're gonna say how much of a clown he is for the 300th time.

The whole Maga-communist bit was fun for a while but the novelty has worn off and now they're just babbling the most unhinged nonsense imaginable in an effort to stay relevant.

I don't care about these bozos, they're not even left-adjacent, their imitations of left-wing rhetoric was funny for a while but I'm ready to move on.

      Nobody takes him seriously

I wish that were true, but I've heard the same about a lot of similar chud clowns have have been directly declared inspirations for mass shooters and the like. :live-tucker-reaction:

Idealistically, sure, but they're getting reported on for profit and publicity by :porky-happy: and for :so-true: 's enjoyment, and if this tiny little shitposting leftist forum ceasing to talk about it will do absolutely nothing to improve that situation on its own.

This forum can't change anything about anything but we can still revolt against the absurd. Also I'm just tired of these posts, please deliver more novel slop.

You can, but I'm not seeing the appeal to other people here outside of "you're tired of hearing about it and want it to stop being talked about here." That's less of a revolt and more a criticism of neighbors' lawns to me. :grillman:

Even if you stretch the metaphor that way you're one person on the communal lawn that disapproves of what other people are doing with the recreational zone of the lawn because you don't find it novel enough. :grillman:

When you see the joke about the fake Voltaire quote (actually said by a pedo nazi) about kids with leukemia controlling the world and incorporate it unironically into your worldview

The important thing is to feel superior to people upset at something by being upset that people are upset at something. :very-intelligent:

Nazi shit being called "trolling" is generous at best. Being disgusted at nazi shit should be the norm.

Plus, it's often not actually trolling, as the comic where trollface originated alludes to.

Good point. The original comic was about what people assumed "trolls" were doing when they were (accurately) portrayed as actually being enraged assholes wearing a mask while raging.

Mom can we have communism in the imperial core?

We have communism in the imperial core.

[communism in the imperial core] "Actually the homeless are fascists and landlords"

This MAGACommunism shit just tails Republican talking points and gives it a communist veneer. Like the reverse of the Jacobin-left with the Democrats, but at least Jacobin sometimes publishes stuff that isn't part of the inane culture war.

you know he doesn't believe this because unlike becoming a landlord you could just go be homeless right now if it were such a sweet gig

All the Jimmy John style aging "rags to riches" douchebags I know (and I know quite a few, including guild leaders in games I play) whine about how it'd be easier to be poor.

      THEN BE FUCKING POOR. :guts-rage:

Coughing babies are like what the Romanovs were in Lenin's time.

Sitting on their thrones and intimidating people into taking care of them while they do nothing.

Coughing babies are the ruling class of American public life. Everyone fears them and bows before them.

There's an expression in martial arts that being hasty and thereby learning how to do something incorrectly is only giving yourself more work -- to unlearn the wrong way and learn the right way, rather than just learning correctly to start with. In this way, it is like you are developing negative education.

Learning bad political theory is similar in this respect.

is a homeless man asking you for money any different from your boss expropriating your surplus labor value? the enlightened thinker says maybe not
