It seems she's ony been there for half a year, so she got hired after he already had taken over. idk if she had some kind of "if i don't do this, somebody else will and it'll be worse" thought process going on, but yeah, the outcome isn't really surprising.
fr like it's great that this person discovered some morals, but quite odd that it took this long. I guess people are really, really, well trained not to think of the larger ethical implications of what they do at work.
