Also I consistently like mine sunny side up, but I don't mind having the others once a year or few.
I actually make eggs benny at home regularly but I am not remotely bossy.....egg chart sus
doesn't include "tries to fry over easy but ends up with burst yolks"
They're pretty easy to make! I like to mix in random herbs and vegatables for different flavor/color combinations. The best is adding some beets so they come out all red.
Egg whites scrambled and cooked until crisp. Yolks mixed with butter in the corner of the cooling pan, then combine on top of almost burnt toast. Add hot sauce and garlic
Kinda a cross between 2 and 3 but it's really just a lazy way of doing eggs benny.
“Easy going” really should have been over easy. Obviously. Trying to figure out if “particular” is actually supposed to over easy but I’ve never seen an egg that looks quite like that so I dunno…
Scrambled is the most easy going way of preparing eggs though.
How many people? As many as want them.
How long will it take? They're ready when they're ready.
Need a lot of prep? Nah, you can just add as you go.

My wife has this habit of leaving them in the pan for too long because she doesn’t wait for the pan to get hot and what ends up happening is they get hard. Not crusty because that’s Maillard reaction, they get solid almost chewy.
We make our own eggs now or I make them for her
Flipping between easy going and particular depending on whether I think the runny yolk will really make the dish, otherwise just give me that scrambled egg puck. It’s like a burger patty made of egg and it slaps
