That’s probably the thing that makes me the angriest. They committed mass murder on a scale hardly before seen, to keep “the economy” going, which didn’t just not work, it was incredibly counter productive and if they had been willing to do the right things the first time “the economy” would’ve been much better off.
Capitalists aren’t even good at capitalism and it’s fucking infuriating because capitalism isn’t hard!

Can't wait for some libs I know to find this and confidently assure me that it's because China was hiding 20 million deaths from the world when in reality half the US stopped counting Covid infections let alone deaths within two months
