I love the enlightened centrists are now mad that we're comparing Biden and Trump when they spent literally years comparing Bernie and Trump over trivial affect and random aesthetic qualities. Also, love that literally anyone to the left of Mussolini is a tankie now.

Enlightened centrism was always a, at worst, "progressive" sub. Every post about "both parties are the same" were flooded in the comments by "yeah they kinda are, and it sucks that the people who post this don't also join the left"

Part of the gag of that sub is that it always draws in people who thing "Enlightened Centrism" is being used in a positive light. Also the libs who think that wishing both political parties would die in a fire is an example of centrism. No matter what, these people tend to get dunked on at least, even if they don't get rejected outright.

Where gamers and hard left politics meet, subreddits die.

I'm reserving this for user flair.

Literally the worst crime against humanity the left has ever committed was teaching liberals the word tankie

"Where g*mers and hard left politics meet subreddits die" Can hard left politics spread throughout Reddit and kill the whole platform?

It's odd that everything they enjoyed got "infiltrated" or "taken over"

They could take it as a sign that their ideology isn't popular or is flawed. Instead, they just demonized people who don't share their vantage and Lament the loss to tankies lmao

nah what happened is the obvious consequence of banning niche subreddits: those users scatter and become a dominant voice in other niche subreddits, it's the same thing we saw happen to PCM after GRU was banned and many before that

they cheered our bans but we will come for every subreddit they love

On the upshot, anyone to the left of Mussolini is a tankie now.
