The way they do it at my place is they divide the whole face/neck into chalk squares and systematically do them all, and even then I had one of my neck squares get missed the first time. (have also had spots in other locations missed, still not a big deal) Depending on your skin reaction it can be hard to tell if a spot has been hit unless you wait a bit and specifically check.

She wasn't that methodical. She kinda just blasted away.
Whatever, though. It's better than nothing. She got the bulk of it
stay out of the sun and get a nice exfoliating wash to help work the dead follicles out

Usually I try to avoid it for a week after + before
Also hats + sunscreen when I am out
