When I started spiro, it was pretty quick in preventing spontaneous erections, but the effectiveness has decreased over the last couple months. At least its nowhere near as annoying as it was before.
I find it more manageable and less spontaneous, but also it can be more deliberate. It's fairly common to have this kind of experience at least of the few others I've discussed over time about long term effects.
I am remiss to say it's the typical but it sounds "normal" if that makes sense
